Kids Complex Rules

1. Whilst Kids Complex and its employees attempt to ensure the complete safety
of our visitors it is the responsibiltiy of parents and guardians to supervise
and accompany children on the site with the ratio of one adult to every 6 children
over 5 year old and one adult to every 3 child under 5.
2. The parents / guardians must remain in the building at all times,
observe the child to ensure that they are capable of using the equipment
safely, explain the rules of play to the children and monitor their
behaviour, know where their child is and ensure the child knows where
they are at all times.
3. Parents / guardians know their child’s capability and behaviour best
and so should ensure an appropriate level
of supervision to reflect this.
4. All children may only use the facility when accompanied by a responsible
adult over the age of 18.
5. Children remain the responsibility of the parent / guardians at all times
6. Strictly no smoking on the premises.
7. Strictly no chewing gum on the premises.
8. Children are advised to wear long trousers and long sleeve tops and must wear
socks at all times on the play equipment to minimise risk of personal injury.
9. No shoes may be worn on the play structure.
10. Strictly no jewellery should be worn on play structure.
11. Children wearing glasses should take particular care whilst playing.
12. Only food or drink purchased within the premises may be consumed at Kids Complex.
13. Management reserve the rights to refuse entry.
14. All height and age restrictions imposed by management must be adhered to.
15. Parents and guardians must ensure that children do not become over heated.
16. We advise that children should not go back on the play equipment after lunch or tea.
17. Kids Complex reserves the right to restrict play sessions, this will be communicated
to guests before payment is taken on reception.
18. Abusive, aggressive or any behaviour deemed to be unsuitable towards Kids Complex
staff/ management or other members of the public from either children or adults
will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Management reserve the right to enforce total bans.
19. Children who are unwell SHOULD NOT USE the play equipment.
20. All personal items such as money should be left with parents/ carers.
21. The drop slide is only open when a staff member is situated at the top. Children must
follow the staff members instructions on using the slide
in order to ensure their own safety.
22. Adults may use the equipment to supervise/ assist their children however; they do so
at their own risk. Adults with injuries, who are unwell, pregnant, or not physically fit
and healthy are advised not to use the equipment.
